From the front insert notes "In 1974 the trio appeared at the large and prestigious Double Diamond Club in Caerphilly, alas now long gone. In 2012 a damaged tape of that performance came to light and has been digitally restored as best possible. It is the only known recording of Tamasha. Not content to merely imitate the better-known artists, this CD showcases their original take on folk standards of the day, their exceptional vocal harmony and their breadth of style. But above all it is the powerful sense of their Welsh identity which permeates their music, and never more so than in the two songs presented here in the Welsh language. We are firmly in "the land of song".
